Amalfi is the main town of the coast on which it is located, named Costiera Amalfitana (Amalfi Coast), and is an important tourist destination together with other towns on the same coast, such as Positano among others. Amalfi is included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Positano is a cliffside village on Italy's Amalfi Coast and is a well-known holiday destination with a beachfront and steep, narrow streets lined with boutiques and cafes. The Sentiero degli Dei (Walk of the Gods) hiking trail links Positano to other coastal towns.
